2020 Muddy River Mashers Oktoberfest

We plan on having 2 sessions for Octoberfest this year due to the venue occupancy restrictions.

Each session will have 70 tickets available for purchase to the event. We will not be providing hot food this year due to the virus [however we have notified some food vendors about the event]. There will be some single serving snacks available, tables will still be present and we will be encouraging people to socially distance while using them. Please dress for the North Dakota October weather as this is an outdoor event. We are also going to encourage people to bring chairs and spread out using the greenspace around the shelter during the event.  

A few of the other changes we will have to implement this year include not being able to reuse cups. We will try to do our best at having a separate collection for recycling as many as possible. We purchased some new reusable trays for beer this year and will plan on reusing those by having people bring them up, we will toss them in sanitizer and give you a new one for your next round of drinks. The reusable trays are to be returned and not thrown in the trash please.

During the first session of Octoberfest, we will have to be conservative on the beer being served to make sure to have beer for the following session. We will also have to ration how much extra beer will go out later in that session. We plan on having other beer available for your enjoyment included with your ticket purchase after you have sampled all of the beers that were entered into Octoberfest. The second session will be much more like years past

A few things to remember:

You must be 21 to attend. All guests will be asked for ID when entering the event.

No glassware. Drinkware will be provided for all beer samples.

Again, please dress for the outdoor weather.
